PHOTO PRIVACY

Your photos deserve
a clear explanation.

This summary describes the current web workflow. Read the in-app consent notice before starting cloud analysis.

Browsing examples

Public examples use synthetic portraits. Viewing them does not upload your photos or run an analysis. The downloadable checklist is assembled locally in your browser.

Local drafts

Selected photos and drafts are stored in the current browser. Clearing a local draft removes that browser’s saved work; it does not delete copies already submitted to a processing provider. Account access does not automatically synchronize photo drafts across devices.

When a cloud request happens

When you confirm the photo-processing notice and start generation, selected reference images, your selected front and side photos where relevant, aesthetic notes, and plan information are sent through the website’s server to Xiaomeishuo’s Google Cloud backend in Taiwan. The configured GPT / Gemini services are reached through the CloseAI intermediary.

Retention and recovery

Xiaomeishuo’s current backend makes task results available for recovery within 24 hours. This recovery window is not a promise that every processing provider deletes data after 24 hours. The in-app notice states that CloseAI business content is typically retained for up to 90 days, with possible extensions in specified circumstances; downstream providers have their own applicable rules.

Your choices

You can browse without providing a photo, clear your local draft, or withdraw consent for future web requests in the app. Withdrawing consent cannot recall data already sent. Only use photos you have permission to process.

Accounts

Email sign-in and profile features process account information separately from the local photo draft. Current payment features are in test mode. Never enter personal medical history or payment details in an example checklist.

This is an English summary of the current web notice, updated . The existing full privacy policy (Chinese) contains additional details. Check the in-app notice for the processing flow before each new request.
